NEIL V. PEREZ, MS, CAA, CPA

Founder and Owner of Perez & Company LLC

Neil V. Perez, MS, CAA, CPA is the owner and founder of Perez & Company LLC. He both received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in accounting at Long Island University in Brooklyn NY. Moreover, he is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Florida and New York. Nevertheless, Neil has been servicing clients not just from FL and NY but the entire Unites States.

Neil is also a certified acceptance agent authorized and trained by the IRS to help clients obtain their ITIN.

In addition, Neil has over twenty years of combined accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, real estate and tax preparation both in the public and private sectors. Prior to opening his own firm, Neil worked as an auditor & tax accountant in one of the largest CPA firms in New York City.

So whether you need help filing your tax returns, setting up an entity for your business or simply need an advice on buying your first home, Neil is your point person. Neil speaks Tagalog, Pangasinense and conversational Spanish.

Daihlene Jane Cruz

Daihlene is an experienced bookkeeper & tax accountant at Perez & Company LLC with a keen eye for details. Her responsibilities include, but not limited to, making sure that our clients’ books are reported, recorded and reconciled accordingly. She also works directly with our CPA in preparing our clients’ Financial Statement. In addition she helps prepare clients’ tax returns for both the individual and business tax returns. Daihlene has over 12 years of combined accounting, bookkeeping, sales tax, payroll and tax experience.

Daihlene obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Tomas Del Rosario College in the Philippines.

Katelynn Perez

Kate as she is known is an office staff assistant at Perez & Company LLC. She is responsible in overseeing clerical duties such as sorting and sending mails, keeping office supplies and ordering new ones as needed. She also maintains files and welcoming visitors to our office.

Kate is a high school honor student studying at Archbishop Molloy High School in NY.

Kirstine Perez

As a tax staff assistant, Kirstine helps with data entry, bank reconciliations and preparation of basic tax returns. She compiles and follows up with tax clients’ additional needed tax documents. She also works directly with our CPA to make sure that all tax returns are e-filed accordingly and on time.

Kirstine is a high school honor student studying at Archbishop Molloy High School in NY.
